Emergency Water Main Leak & Repair

We were called out to investigate a water leak emerging from a pathway outside a block of flats. The site posed logistical challenges due to the multi-level path and restricted access around a small outbuilding.
The area had to be carefully hand-dug to a depth of one metre to access the affected pipework beneath the structure. On inspection, we found that brass isolator pipes had rotted and failed, causing the leak.
To proceed with the repair, the mains water supply on the street was shut off, and any remaining water was safely removed. We then carried out a full repair on three incoming water mains serving the building.
The job was completed with a full reinstatement of the pathways, ensuring safety, functionality, and minimal disruption for residents.
